Gold Warranty
At Hugo Cars, we understand that peace of mind is paramount while navigating busy traffic, travelling long distances or simply commuting to work daily.
Our GOLD warranty is the most comprehensive package, providing up to 3 years, up to 15,000 kilometres per year*, of unmatched coverage. Upgrade to the GOLD warranty plan is available at the cost of 500 euro per year.

Gold warranty cover applies up to an average of 15,000 kilometres per year during an entire warranty period. Warranty expires at the end of its term or when the distance travelled limit, respective to the warranty period, is reached.

**** Unauthorised repairs or any attempts to independently rectify warranty related issues, as well as defects caused as a result of a user error (e.g, wrong fuel) will invalidate the warranty. In the event of an issue with your vehicle, which you believe may be covered under the warranty policy, please contact our warranty department immediately for guidance.
Silver Warranty
Our SILVER Warranty Package provides you with reassurance that your investment is protected for a full 1 year, up to 15,000 kilometres*. The Silver Cover Plan is designed to address a wide range of issues, ensuring that you won’t have to worry about unexpected expenses during this period of ownership. Upgrade to the Silver warranty plan is available at the cost of 350 euro.
