Our Story
A family business, built from the ground up.
Hugo Cars began in 2015 with a simple idea: sell good cars, be honest about them, and look after the people who buy them. There was no big investor and no head office. It was built on long days, hard work and word of mouth, one happy customer at a time.
Why “Hugo”?
In 2023 we gave the business a new name, and we named it after our son, Hugo. When your child’s name is above the door, every car you sell carries it. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
Family at the heart of it
Hugo Cars was founded by Vitali, and family has been part of it from day one. Over the years, his wife, his mother and his father have all worked in the business, from the office and the accounts to the workshop floor.
A team that works like a family
Today our team has grown well beyond the family, across sales, logistics, valeting and aftercare. But we still run it the same way: every customer is treated the way we’d want our own family to be treated.
